Making A Purchase
Online
Making a purchase could not be easier. You can select your products from our Health Concern category and also from our Supplement category. From your chosen category feel free to browse our range of products and make your selection by clicking on your chosen item. You then click
‘BUY NOW’ to place the item in your shopping basket or
‘MORE INFO’ to read more about the item. You can then click on
‘CONTINUE’ to carry on shopping or you can proceed to the check out by clicking
‘CHECK OUT’.
In
CHECK OUT, you will have the opportunity to select your delivery option and payment method. You can also amend your billing and delivery address details. Once all your information is correct, you can click
‘CONTINUE’ to review your information and place your order. Your order will be complete once your payment details have been processed by our
GeoTrust validation and secure server.
We accept most credit and debit card payments including Visa and Master Cards.
Your card details are verified by our online gateway partners, Protx and your details are securely encrypted by our validation company GeoTrust using the maximum security. MYHEALTHCENTRE do
NOT keep a record of your card details to ensure your protection and to give you peace of mind.

Shipping and Handling
We offer
STANDARD delivery of 2-3 days OR
NEXT DAY recorded delivery (guaranteed if your order is received before 15:00) through Royal Mail which offers you the opportunity to track your order. All deliveries are registered and require a signature upon delivery.
International Orders
All international orders are subject to a delivery charge based on the total weight of items in your shopping basket. All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, using their
‘Recorded and Signed For International Delivery’ option. All international orders may be subject to local destination import duties and taxes.
Prices
All prices are quoted inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made when you place your order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Availibility
We will not be liable if we are not able to supply a particular item you have ordered due to reasons beyond our reasonable control.
Purchase Contract
The purchase contract is made on ordering and paying for the goods and delivery. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until you have purchased the goods. Up until payment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment the goods and delivery are paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.
Delivery Charges
Our website automatically calculates the weight of your order and will offer you the various shipping options available for your order. Our minimum shipping cost is £2.85.
Delivery is free within the UK for orders above £29.99.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Parcels are generally dispatched to you by Royal Mail.
Customers who select our standard delivery should be aware that this is NOT a next day service (although in many cases your goods will arrive on the next day).
Please put any additional delivery instructions in the SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS box when you place your order.
Failed Deliveries
The couriers will charge us for ALL failed deliveries (i.e. after 2 failed delivery attempts and non collection from their depot) and we will pass this charge on to the customer. If your order has been classed as a failed delivery we can either re-send the order (at your additional cost) or issue a refund (for goods only less all shipping costs).
Liability
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you MUST notify us within 10 days at our contact address or by email at this address: queries@myhealthcentre.com. If you do not notify us of any problems within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question then we will not be liable for a replacement or refund.
If you notify us of a problem under this condition our only obligation will be, at your say so : a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery; b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or, c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Except as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or any consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) arising out of any problem you notify us about under this condition. Furthermore, we will have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question under category c) above. Our maximum liability will always be limited to the amount you paid including any shipping charges. We will never be able to refund more than the amount spent, in any circumstances.
Cancelling an Order
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered have been taken out of the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them back to us with the invoice within seven working days of their delivery to you. We request that you email us at sales@myhealthcentre.com to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. 24 hours advance warning is required for returns. The return address is: My Health Centre, 24 Ivyday Grove, London, SW16 2XD.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note: you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of the order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any relevant sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to the same card used for the initial transaction. This will be done as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you
VAT
All our prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15%.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card verification and processing is handled by Protx. Protx are approved by all High Street Banks due for their sophisticated and high security encryption facility. Protx are integrated into our website for seamless navigation and added security. The use of the Protx payment gateway means that MYHEALTHCENTRE cannot view, record or store your credit or debit card information. For your added protection, MYHEALTHCENTRE reserve the right to insist on orders being shipped to the registered cardholder's address. This is for the protection of the genuine cardholder and only normally happens when an order is flagged as a potential fraud.
